Enhancements


Ability to capture Parent/Guardian signature added to Treatment Plan Review:  To add the ability to capture the Parent/Guardian signature, go to Settings>Company Information>Parent/Guardian signatures. This setting adds a signature box for the Parent/Guardian to sign to both the Treatment Plan and the Treatment Plan Review. 


Family Members who have been given access to sign documents in the Family Portal will also get a task for the Treatment Plan/Treatment Plan Review to be signed. Once completed, that signature will be saved and displayed in the clients chart.


PRN medications separated from Routine medications: Medications will now be separated into two groups, Routine and PRN within the medication list in Doctor’s Orders, My Orders and Medications. Routine medications will be listed first and then PRN medications, similar to the Client MAR. 

Updates to the new Orderset Setting: The new Orderset Setting now allows for the same medication to be added if one is routine and the other is PRN. It was also updated to include the setting of “Controlled Med” for medications that need to be added to Meds Count.

Fixes


Vitals Height/Weight/BMI updates: Height will now default from the most previous Height saved, while Weight will not and will need to be entered manually every time Vitals is captured. BMI will not calculate or be required when saving unless both Height and Weight are entered.


Family Portal Setting updated to optimize loading speed: It was reported from some users that the Family Portal Setting page would load for longer than expected. This has been updated. If slowness persists, please contact Support.


PHQ9 updated for spelling error: The statement “Trouble with concentrating on things, such as readin” has been updated to “Trouble with concentrating on things, such as reading”.
