Internet Browser Issues

If you are experiencing a variety of issues including slow scrolling, password problems, or other unexpected behavior in Alleva, follow these steps to refresh your Chrome browser. This often solves the issue!

NOTE: If you are not currently using Google Chrome (the best browser for Alleva), you can access a free download by clicking HERE.

 

First, do a hard refresh:        

1. For Window Users: Hold down Ctrl and press F5 on your keyboard.        

2. For Mac Users: Hold down Command and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Next, clear your browser's cache and cookies:

1. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your browser, and select "Clear Browsing Data".


2. Select "All time" in the drop-down, then select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files". Click "Clear Data".




3. Log back in to Alleva (you have been logged out by clearing your cookies.) See if your issue has been resolved. If not, contact our support team for additional help!
