Key Highlights of the VOB Feature:

Run One-Time VOBs Instantly
From either the Billing Intake or the VOB Tab, simply select a client, choose the insurance (make sure it’s added first), click "Run VOB", and you're done — coverage details are instantly available. -
Visual VOB Statuses
See real-time statuses like Active, Inactive, VOB Failed, or Error right in the Coverage column. Click the eyeball icon to view the full VOB report. -
Auto-VOB Scheduling
Save time with Auto-VOBs. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence, and Alleva will automatically run VOBs for all eligible clients. No manual work — just results. -
Stay in Control with VOB Limits
Need to manage usage? Set a hard monthly limit for your team. View remaining VOBs at any time in the VOB tab. -
Customizable Access and Setup
Easily manage user access to VOBs via Role Management, and ensure each facility is properly configured with its NPI number for seamless functionality.
