Version 1.186 - Forms 3.0 Updates and Intake Locking

What's New with Forms 3.0?

  • Autofill Future Occurrences - You can now disable data pre-filling in forms that you fill out multiple times for the same client. Previously, if you added a form multiple times to a client's document manager (or intakes, TPR, etc.), the information entered previously would automatically populate in the new version of the form. This setting remains the default, but you now have the choice to deactivate "Autofill future occurrences" so that new versions of the form will be blank upon creation.

  • Last Modified By - In Forms 3.0, you can now view the user, date, and time of the last modification. This information is visible on the overview page displaying all forms and on the edit screen of each form.

What's New with Intakes?

  • Face to Face & Admission Intake Locking - The face-to-face and admission intakes now have version control capabilities similar to those in medical intakes and biopsychosocial assessments. You can lock and unlock to make changes, and all time-stamped versions will be available at the top of the intake as PDFs.
