What's New?
Diagnosis List Update: We have updated how the diagnosis list works by adding a "Priority" to each diagnosis. These priorities can be Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, or Other. The diagnosis list for each client is also organized by priority/importance so that you can better understand the immediate needs of the client. We also changed the original Date column to Added date and Resolved date to give you more specific dates about the diagnosis.
In the updated pop-up from the client chart you can also see a table displaying all the client's diagnoses and their respective information.

Experiencing issues after the update?
If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:
Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache
Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
