Version 3.12.00 - ETT Improvements, Advanced Claim Settings, and Classification Overrides.

Improved Navigation and Filtering in the Encounter Transmission Table — The Encounter Transmission Table (ETT) has been updated to make it faster and easier to work with larger volumes of encounters. Results are now paginated at 50 per page with an option to expand to 300, and you can sort by any column. New search filters let you narrow results by insurance, encounter type, and claim type, with quick filters available inline on the current page. A CSV export option is also available for the current page or all filtered results.

Advanced Claim Settings — A new Advanced Claim Settings section is now available under Insurance Companies in Alleva Billing. This lets you create rules that automatically modify encounters as they come in from ETT, eliminating manual adjustments in Service Management. A step-by-step builder walks you through defining the conditions that trigger the rule (based on procedure code or rev code) and the action to take (replace or insert a code with a set unit count, charge, and position). A history log tracks all past versions with timestamps and authors.

Override Billing Code Classification by Payer — When setting up a Billing Rule, you can now optionally set a Classification (Behavioral or Medical) directly on the rule. This lets you tailor the classification for a specific payer without changing your global Billing Code settings. If a classification is set on the rule, the system will use it. If left blank, it will fall back to the classification set on the Billing Code in System Settings.
