      Video Call Invite Email Update - We have updated the email that is sent to clients and ROI contacts/family members when they are invited to a calendar session (group or individual) with video call enabled. 

      • The sender/reply email address now come from the session leader (**so please be sure to verify the email address of all staff to ensure clients or family can respond to invites appropriately**)  

      • The title of the email includes the title of the meeting

      • The time and date of the meeting includes the timezone of the Company

      • The organizer name now includes the Facility Name 




      502 Error patch - Some users have experienced “502” error and system hanging when logging out. We have released a patch to resolve this. If you continue to experience this please reach out to Support.
