Version 3.10.00 - Billing Updates and Form Editing Improvements
Advanced Claim Settings (Alleva Billing) – We’re excited to introduce the new Advanced Claim Settings tab in the Billing RCM platform. This enhancement guides you through a simple, step-by-step “If/Then” workflow to build more advanced rules with ease. It gives you the flexibility to tailor payer-specific rules that align with unique requirements, helping reduce avoidable denials and improve overall efficiency.
Manual Claim & Service Submission (Alleva Billing) – You can now mark claims and services as submitted without sending them to the clearinghouse, perfect for workflows you’ve already completed outside of Alleva Billing. Use the new “Submit Manually” option for claims in Pending Submission or services in Ready to Bill. Manually submitted items get a claim ID, show as “Submitted Manually,” and remain eligible for payment posting, including secondary claims, making tracking and workflow management easier.
Improved Form Editing – The component editor now stays pinned to the top as you scroll through long forms, so you can edit more easily without having to scroll back and forth.
If you experience any issues after the update, clear your cache and cookies and make sure you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, the best browser for Alleva.
