Zoom Meetings generate in Local Time

What’s New: In the past, Zoom meetings scheduled in Alleva did not always contain the timezone for each facility in which they were created. In some cases the system would default to using the Alleva headquarters timezone which could be several hours off. This caused confusion for clients or family members who saw the waiting message, displaying a start time that was hours earlier or later. We are now passing all the specific facility time zone information to Zoom, so that all waiting messages and appointment information should match the timezone of the facility where the appointment is created, and will be converted to the appropriate time if the user is joining the meeting from a different time zone.

PRN Frequencies Added

What’s New: Additional PRN frequencies have been added for Q3/Q5/Q12 and a generalized “As Needed” option which can be given as many times as needed without limitation.

Add Clinical Terms Available in Discharge Plan and Summary

What’s New: The ‘Add Clinical Terms’ and enhanced formatting for the note writing areas in Alleva, where users can quickly paste in templates, clinical terms, medication or vitals information about a client, is now available in The fields for Discharge Plan and Discharge Summary.

Shift Notes Signatures

What’s New: In order to satisfy compliance concerns, we’ve made signatures and timestamps available for each shift note, instead of only the Shift End note. Adding a signature to each individual shift note is optional, and can also be done using your signature PIN.

Shift Notes Screen - Date Range Filter

What’s New: When viewing the Shift Notes screen you can easily narrow the notes to a specific date range. The range will default to one week back from the current day, but you can modify that to any range you need.

Doctors Orders Fixes

What’s New: We’ve fixed the review signatures hanging on Doctors order Screen, and The client DOB is displaying on the orders list like it’s supposed to.

Insurance Priority -”Termed”

What’s New: To make it easier to see what insurance policies are active & relevant for a client we added an additional priority, Termed, to keep you informed at a glance.

Time Entry on Vital Signs

What’s New: The date and time picker when entering Vital Signs is now adjustable down to the minute, instead of 5 or 15 minute increments.

CRM Updates

Temp Filter added to Leads

What’s New: You now have the ability to add a temperature to leads. This allows you to set leads to Archive. If archived, leads will not show in the lead list by default. This now behaves the same as the prospect list where you are able to check the different filter options, but Archived is unchecked by default.
