Removing Goals and Objectives from the Tx Plan

What’s New: As a user, you now have the ability to mark an objective as “Attained, Canceled, Refused, Unattainable, Not Applicable” and it will remove it from the treatment plan moving forward. If it is the only objective for that goal, you will get a pop up that says “You no longer have any objectives for this goal. Would you like to mark this goal as completed? If no, please add a new objective.” You can then mark “YES” and it will remove that goal from the treatment plan moving forward.

You will always have access to the historical record of the completed goals in the treatment plan screen.

You can update these objectives from the individual/progress notes screen or from treatment plan reviews.

This change does not impact any of your past treatment plan status updates. Those will all remain the same. If you need to remove a current goal from a treatment plan, simply go and update the status to one of these options “Attained, Canceled, Refused, Unattainable, Not Applicable” and it will be removed moving forward.

Edit Admit & Discharge Date After Discharge

What’s New: You can now edit a client admission and/or discharge date after discharge. Prior to this change, you were unable to adjust either of these dates.
