Fixes

"Date Filled" column in Medication Destruction chart: It was reported that the Date Filled section of the Med Destruction chart was not always populating with the correct date. This issue has been resolved.

Medications added through an orderset: Some users noticed that in Doctors Order, the medications added through an orderset are not having the prescriber/provider name tagged to it. This issue has been resolved.

Incident Report displaying 1 day off for the print version: When looking at the print version of the Incident Report, it was displaying the date as one day off from the actual date. This issue has been resolved.
