User Profile

From the user profile you'll be able to edit your basic information as well as change your Password, Security Questions and Signature Pin.

1. Click the 3 vertical dots next to your user profile name.

    NOTE: Medical Providers will have to utilize the 3 dots but all other users can also click on their profile name, which is in bold white lettering, to access My Profile.

2. Click on My Profile

3. You'll be able to change/update your demographics here.

4. To change your password or security question, scroll to the bottom of the page. **The fields to change your password will not appear until you check the box "Do you want to change your password?"

            NOTE: A Signature PIN must be setup to change your Security Questions or Password. 

PIN is 4 digits. (Previously 5 digits, but converted to 4. Example: If your previous PIN was 12345, then your new PIN would be 1234 until you change it)
