Urgent Alerts

How to add, acknowledge, and resolve an Urgent Alert in the client chart.

 

1. Navigate to a client's chart.

2. Click on the last bubble in the upper left corner of the chart.


3. Click "Add New".

4. Type your alert in the box, enter your signature PIN, and click "Create" to create the alert.

6. View the alert.


7. The Urgent Alert will appear on the client chart in red.




8. When someone navigates to the client's chart, the Urgent Alert acknowledgement will automatically pop up. They can enter their signature PIN to acknowledge the urgent alert, or bypass the acknowledgement by pressing the exit button. The request for acknowledgement will pop up each time someone navigates to the client chart until they have acknowledged the alert.


9. To view who has acknowledged the alert or to resolve the alert, select the last bubble.


10. You can view the acknowledgments on the right side of the alert.


11. To resolve the alert, click "Resolve" and enter your signature PIN. 

TIP: Only Rehab Admins or the person who created the alert can resolve the alert.



12. The urgent alert will no longer appear on the client chart after it has been marked as resolved. All resolved urgent alerts and who acknowledged them will still be visible under the Urgent Alert bubble.
