How to record the issue you are experiencing to send to our support team
Sending screenshots and/or screen recordings helps our support team understand the potential issue that you are experiencing so we can better assist you.
How to take a screenshot:
- On a Mac: Command + Shift + 4 - Select the area of the screen you would like to capture, and release. The screenshot will be saved to your desktop for you to attach in the support ticket.
- On a PC: Windows + Shift + S - The screenshot will be saved to your "clipboard" and it can then be pasted into a message or email.
How to take a screen recording using Zoom:
1. Open Zoom and select "New Meeting" to start a new meeting.
2. Once the meeting has started, select "Share Screen" on the bottom options bar and select the screen where you have Alleva open. Click "Share".
3. Click "Record" in the bottom options bar and then show what is happening by clicking through your issue and speaking.
4. End the meeting when you are done, and the recording will appear in a pop up window as an MP4 file for you to attach in your support ticket.
