Removing Autofill From Search

How to remove Google Chrome's autofill function to fix unwanted text in Alleva fields.

If your saved Alleva password autofills into fields in Alleva, this means you need to remove the saved password from Google Chrome's autofill.  Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

NOTE: If you are not currently using Google Chrome (the best browser for Alleva), you can access a free download by clicking HERE

First, make sure Chrome is up to date:

1. Select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser. Hover over "Help" and select "About Google Chrome".

2. Click "Update Google Chrome". If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version and don't need to update.

Next, remove autofill:

1. Select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser. Hover over "Passwords and Autofill" and select "Google Password Manager".

2. Click on your Alleva account and then click "delete" to remove your saved password from autofill. We do not support saved passwords at this time.

3. Log out and log back in to your Alleva account. You will no longer have an issue with password autofill. If you see a pop up message from Chrome asking to save your password, select "Never".

All done!! 🎉🎉
