Unable to open certain Portal Documents in the Document Manager: There was an issue reported that certain Portal Documents were not opening in the viewing mode or print view mode after being copied to another facility. This issue has been resolved.


Mismatched Diagnosis Problem in Client Chart and Client Detail Report: It was reported that every so often a patient's Diagnosis Problem was stated incorrectly in the Client Detail Report. This issue has been resolved.

If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:

  • Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache (Click here to learn how to do that)

  • Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
