Time Conversion in the Family Portal: There was an intermittent issue reported where session times in the Family Portal were not correctly reflecting the time zone of the user in the Family Portal. This issue has been resolved. Thank you to our friends at Aspire365!


New Default Scheduling setting in Medication Settings: When selected, 'Add Scheduling' will be defaulted when entering new medications/orders.


Policy End Date added to Insurance info: We added a new field to the patient's Insurance info, Policy End Date. We also slightly reorganized the insurance page so that it makes more sense to the user when filling out the information.

If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:

  • Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache (Click here to learn how to do that)

  • Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
