Version 3.03.00 - Master Forms List, Billing Task List, and other Billing Updates
Master Forms List –– We have created a Master Forms List in Forms 3.0, which functions as a centralized library with commonly used forms like ASAMs, C-SSRS, assessments, and more. Your team can easily copy any form from the master list into your own forms library and configure it to meet your needs. The Master Forms List will be updated regularly to keep content current and relevant. Learn more here >
Tasks List in Alleva Billing –– The new Task Queue widget in the Alleva Billing dashboard allows you to manage and track tasks assigned to you. Like the communication log in the EMR, it serves as a central hub for internal team communication. You can also create tasks linked to specific items in Alleva Billing and assign them to other users. Once assigned, the task will appear on that user's dashboard in their Task List. Learn more here >
Billing Rules: Telehealth Place of Service –– When creating or editing a professional claim billing rule for a telehealth session, a new field called "Telehealth Place of Service" is now available. This field allows you to specify the appropriate place of service for telehealth sessions that meet the billing rule criteria. The place of service code will display on the ETT preliminary claim and flow into Alleva Billing or CollaborateMD.
Alleva Billing Update –– Whenever a client is stepped up, stepped down, transferred, or readmitted, the following information will be automatically updated in Alleva Billing to ensure accurate billing:
- Patient Demographics
- Insurance Information
- Guarantor Information
