Facility Tags and Filters on Policy Documents — Users can now tag documents with specific facilities and filter the Documents list accordingly. This is especially useful for programs with facilities across multiple states, since each facility may need to follow different state-specific policies.

Facility Tags and Filters on Standards — Standards can now be tagged by facility, and the Standards list can be filtered by facility. This makes it easier to manage standards that vary across locations, such as state-specific requirements.

Sub Incident Types — Users can now add a sub incident type when documenting an incident. Selecting a connected sub incident type can either create a second incident of that type or automatically apply its workflow steps, so it doesn't need to be added separately. For example, an assault incident can be connected to a self-harm incident, allowing users to apply the self-harm workflow at the time the assault incident is created.

Facility-Specific Notifications in IR Workflow Templates — When creating or editing an IR workflow, users can now specify which facilities trigger alerts for specific users. This allows a user to receive notifications only for incidents at the facilities relevant to them, such as AMA incidents at one facility but not others.
