Version 3.04.02 - New Alleva Echo Admin Role
Alleva Echo Admin Role - We’ve introduced a new user role in Alleva Echo called "Admin - Limited Access." This option is available as a toggle in User Management when editing a user profile. It grants access to Echo’s reports dashboard and allows admins to demo Echo's functionality without enabling note-pushing into Alleva or launching sessions directly from individual or group notes.
This role is ideal for leadership team members who want visibility into Echo without using it for clinical documentation. Importantly, users assigned to this role will not count toward your billed Echo user total. Clinicians who use Echo for note writing should have the "Full Access" option enabled.
If you experience any issues after the update, clear your cache and cookies and make sure you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, the best browser for Alleva.
