      • Admission date
        • The admission date will change when the actual admission happens.
        • Admission time stamp will reflect the actual time the chart was converted, not 12:00 AM.
      • Treatment Plan Review Changes 1
        • Summary of Progress - Rename to "Summary of Goals & Objectives".
        • Put same function as MTP at bottom of individual session here. Change "+" to button - "Add Progress" 
        •  (on Scheduler Screen/Medical provider ) 
        • Remove New Problems/Goals/Objectives Added or Completed Since Last Review. 
        • Add client signature 
        • flip flop goals and signature stuff 
        • Show signature on print review 
        • Rename Strengths and Weaknesses to Strengths, Needs, Abilities, Goals (SNAG) 
        • Add client signature as optional but can do sign later on
        • Add same logistics for Tx Plan signatures here  (refresh button and such)

        • "years of abuse" and "age first used" does now prints on the BPS 
      • Block staff from specific charts
        • Add a new section on User management - "Unavailable Charts"

        • User should not be able to see their chart or launch report info.

        • After a client has been discharged, we now have the ability to create a discharge summary.

          • Must show the initial pill count 
            • The count should drop as pills are taken
            • Remove  "/Quantity" from box
