Version 3.02.00 - Multiple Group Attendance Times and Intake Form Deletion Update
Multiple Attendance Times in Groups –– You can now record multiple attendance time blocks for a client within group notes. For example, if a client attends the first 20 minutes, leaves for 15, and returns for the final 20 minutes, you can log each attendance period. The client’s status will appear as "Attended," with a total duration of 40 minutes (not 55). This updated attendance tracking will be accurately reflected in the ETT table for those using Alleva Billing or our Collaborate MD integration.
Intake Forms Deletion Update –– In Forms 3.0, forms that are currently part of an Intake (such as BPS, Admission Screening, Medical Intake, etc.) can no longer be permanently deleted. To maintain data integrity across all intakes, deletion has been disabled. However, you can still deactivate these forms by editing them and selecting "Unpublish" within Forms 3.0.
