What's New?

New button to print all Incident Reports: There is now a Print Results button on the Incident Report page. Clicking this new button will allow you to print all incident reports within the given search criteria.

Client Name in Pending Review screen: In the Pending Review section of the Review Screen you can now see the name of the client that pertains to that specific review item.

Pain Assessment Update: The Pain Assessment received a minor update to better reflect when the client chooses "denies" on the pain rating scale. In all views, including the print view and in reports, it should now display the word, "denies".

If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:

• Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache (Click here to learn how to do that)

• Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
