What's New?

Incident Report update: In the Incident Report, in the Description of Individual Client Involvement in Incident section, we added a new textbox titled Others Notified. This will allow the user to expound upon the Incident Report and ensure all notified persons are mentioned in the report.

Completed Date for Portal Documents: There was a report of the Completed Date for Portal Documents not reflecting the correct date. This issue has been enhanced to ensure the correct date is displayed.

Experiencing issues after the update?

If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:

Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache (Click here to learn how to do that)
Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
