Release Notes: April 29, 2022

What's New?

Incident Report search now includes discharged clients: You can now search for Incident Reports of discharged clients along with active clients.

SSN in Client Detail Report: If a client has an SSN stored in their chart, then the Client Detail Report will now display the SSN.

Appointment Alerts for Clients Bug: Some users reported an issue where the Appointment Alerts for Clients setting found in Settings > Company Information was not functioning properly. This issue has been resolved.

Enhancement to Restricted Charts Functionality: We have added extra security to ensure that a user cannot access a client chart that they are not supposed to.

Discharge Summary Signatures: Some users reported that multiple signatures were appearing in the Discharge Summary. This issue has been resolved.

Document Manager > Uploaded Documents Update: Client Uploaded Documents in the Document Manager will now follow a client through all episodes of care. Documents from previous charts will have indicators that they are from previous charts and the previous chart dates. Documents from previous charts cannot be deleted from the current chart, you’ll have to go to the previous chart to delete or modify. We also provided a filter so you can specify documents from which the previous chart.
