Version 3.11.00 - Billing ERA and Insurance Settings Updates
Billing - ERA Payment Update — You can now quickly see how many claims an ERA payment is applied to directly from the list view. Previously, this required opening each payment. A new column displays the claim count for each ERA posting, making it easier to access the information you need at a glance. Learn more about ERA and Insurance Payments HERE>
Billing – Claim Merging Update — A new setting in Alleva Billing > Settings > Insurance Companies allows the system to automatically merge identical services performed on different days into a single claim. The claim reflects the total number of units to account for all services. For services with fixed rates, the total charge is not affected by the number of units when grouped this way. This applies to services that are grouped together when submitted from ETT to Alleva Billing.
If you experience any issues after the update, clear your cache and cookies and make sure you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, the best browser for Alleva.
