What's New?

Revoke ROI Issues: Some users reported that the signature boxes utilized for revoking ROI's were not functioning properly on iPads.

It was also reported that the Revoke ROI button would sometimes not function properly. These issues have been resolved.

Appointment Topic on the Scheduler: The topic has been added to the appointment view on the Scheduler. This will make it easier to view the topic of the appointment without clicking to get into the appointment's details. You may need to change your personal Scheduler viewing settings to utilize this update. For help, please reach out to Alleva Support.

Bug Fix - UR > Ready To Bill: Some users reported that the incorrect date was being saved when utilizing the Ready To Bill feature. This issue has been resolved.

"Start Date" and "End Date" incorrect on the Session Report: The Start Date and End Date were showing incorrectly on the Session Report. This issue has been resolved.

TPR Goal Update: Goals will no longer drop off an existing TPR when they are closed out. When objectives on the TPR are completed, the goal will remain visible on that current TPR. However, these goals will not show on the next created TPR, or following versions. Also, from the Tx Plan editing section, you now have the ability to save a status without having to generate a MTP until final save.
