What's New?

Levels of Care moved to Master Drop-Downs: Levels of Care has been moved to Master Drop-Downs! This means that you can be in control and add, edit, or delete Levels of Care as you see fit. Some of the most commonly used LOCs are set as defaults and your previously used LOCs should already be prepopulated. To find the new location of Levels of Care go to Settings > Master Drop-Downs and select Levels of Care from the dropdown.

Medication Notes: When scheduling medication, there is a place for extra notes. Some users reported that those notes were disappearing after being saved. This issue has been replaced.

Adding Multiple Shift Notes on Mobile: Some users reported an issue with attempting to add multiple Shift Notes to a Client from mobile devices where they were not able to click the plus icon ('+'). This issue has been resolved.

Custom medications added through order set not getting identified as a duplicate: Users reported an issue where sometimes a medication would appear twice for a client and not be labeled as a duplicate. This was due to a custom med being added to a client and later adding an order set to the client containing that same custom med. This issue has been resolved.
