Doctor's Orders font color: Previously, some content found on the Doctor's Orders page had a font color of red. This has been updated to the color black to ensure better visibility on the screen and when printed.


COWS Scale Score not displaying properly in the client chart: It was reported that sometimes the Scale Score of a COWS score was not displaying properly. This issue has been resolved.


PHQ9 not always totaling score: It was reported that the PHQ9 was not always displaying the total score properly. This issue has been resolved.


Occupancy dropdown when adding a Shift Note: When adding a Shift Note, the Occupancy dropdown for selecting the room was not defaulting to the rooms of the facility that you were in, but the rooms of your default facility. This issue has been resolved.


User interface improvement for ROI screen: On mobile or tablet views of the ROI screen, there was an issue with the "I accepted/declined a copy" radio buttons not functioning. This issue has been resolved.


Empty quotes after removing a Preferred Name: We recently released the feature for adding a Preferred Name to the client chart. If a user decided to remove a client's Preferred Name, empty quotation marks (" ") were appearing in the client's name throughout the EMR. This issue has been resolved.


Date filters in Notes Audit screen not functioning properly: The date filters in the Notes Audit screen were not properly sorting for the user. This issue has been resolved.


Intake/form version discrepancy: It was reported that there was a discrepancy in some saved content between different versions of the same intake/form. This issue has been resolved.


Update to Incident Report: "Type of Incident" has been renamed to "Additional Incident Type Description" and converted to a master dropdown. This will allow for better tracking of the kind of incidents that occur. 


Dosage in Medication Administration: Some users reported that the actual dosage was not displaying during Medication Administration and that "N/A" was displayed as the dosage. This issue has been resolved.
