      Alleva Release Notes – March 12th, 2018

      We are always improving Alleva. As such, we would like to share the following list of items which were released on March 12th, 2018 at 1:30 AM PST.

       

      Please note! The system was down for 30 minutes at that time.

       

      Auto Save in Notes: We’re excited to let you know that we’ve incorporated auto save into the group, individual and progress notes sections. Now, the system will save automatically after you type information into fields, similar to Google docs. Here is a link to a video demoing how it works: https://youtu.be/QW2gdFdPZjI.

       

      ASAM Updates:  The ASAM criteria on notes now allows you to add commentary in addition to the dropdown answers on questions. This allows clinicians to add narrative information on how clients are doing. We’ve also updated some of the questions to better conform to the scoring in the dropdown fields.

       

      Vitals Update – Blood Sugar:  Taking vitals now allows you to include the blood sugar level of patients.


      Scheduler Update:  The scheduler has several updates made to it in this release:

       

      • (1)   Individual Sessions show the description of the session
      • (2)   Staff Calendar – Staff creating shifts aren’t assigned to shifts, unless added to the shift itself.
      • (3)   Shifts default to Open and one hour

       

      Reviewer Update:  You now have the ability to add reviewers to Tx plans, Dx, plans and the BPS. When Saved and Signed, it will send the form to the review screen to be signed off by the assigned reviewers.

       

      UA/BA Doc upload: When doing a UA/BA you now have the ability to upload a document tied to the results in the application. This allows you to take results, attach them to the chart and review them at a future time.
