Release Notes - 2/18/2026

Add-On Services In Notes - You can now add additional services to both individual and group sessions while writing notes to document any services provided beyond the originally scheduled session type.

These add-on services will:

• Be included in the finished print view of the note within the Client Notes screen
• Display in the Client Detail Report

This enhancement ensures more accurate documentation and streamlined billing when multiple services are rendered during a session.

Creating Add-On Service Types - To use the new add-on service feature, admins must first create add-on service types by navigating to:

System Settings > Billing > Add-On Service

1. Click Add
2. Enter a Service Name
3. Select a Session Type (Individual or Group)

Once created, these add-on service types will be available for selection within individual and group notes.

Carved Out Benefits Services Flow to ETT and Billing - We’ve introduced an improved process for identifying the correct payer for billable services when clients have Carved-Out Benefits that include both Medical and Behavioral coverage. Billable services generated in the ETT will now automatically align with the expected payer based on the assigned Billing Code classification and benefit type.
