Now that everyone has unlimited viewer seats available in Insights, it's up to your organization to determine who should get access to your key data.
Admins can GRANT or REMOVE a staff member's access to Insights by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > User Management.
2. Click the edit pencil button next to the user.
3. Scroll down to the checkboxes at the bottom of the edit screen and select (or deselect) the "Use Insights" checkbox. Click update.
Insights now comes in three tiers: Basic, Prime, and Premier. Check out what's available in each tier below:
Here are some helpful term definitions:
Viewer — Insights user who can view all pre-built reports available in your program's Insights package (basic, prime, or premier) and use filters to manipulate reports.
Builder — Create, modify and save customized reports and visual graphs according to the needs of your organization, and create custom alerts based on data changes (Example: alerts sent to your clinical director whenever a session note is over a week late).
Global Insights — Our best pre-built reports and dashboards, split into folders by category.
Standard Reports (formerly Reporting Tools) — Useful basic reports that are available to all users with Insights access, regardless of Insights package.
Explorers — Tools used to create custom new reports that meet your organization's specific needs. There are eight available explorers, each offering different categories of EMR data.
