Release Notes - 12/21/2021
PrintRelease Notes - December 21st, 2021
This week’s release consists of updates to the Family Portal, the protocol screen in Medications, and an improvement to the client demographics section of the client chart overview. Along with new features, we are always working on ways to enhance the user experience and eliminate bugs.
See “What’s New?” for a breakdown.
What's New?
Family Portal now allows family members to sign Treatment Plans: A new setting called “Allow electronic signature” is available when adding a new family member portal user. When selected, this user will receive a task to sign the Treatment Plan for the linked client. If multiple family members are allowed to electronically sign, when one of them completes this task, it will remove it from the other's task list. Also note, this is only for the Treatment Plan at this time. Future development will include Treatment Plan Reviews and custom forms.
“Select All” in Medications>Scheduling now defaulted: Within both Doctor’s Orders and Medications, when adding a new medication with Scheduling, “Select All” for days is now selected by default. Hoping to reduce clicks for our prescribing users!
Action buttons in the Protocol screen have moved up: Within the Protocol detail screen, the action buttons are now available at the top and bottom for users to select.
Email address has been added to Client Chart: From the Client Overview page, you will now see the client’s email address displayed within the demographic information. You can also hide the email by going to the Settings on the left side menu → Company Information → navigate to the submenu option Rehab Settings → Edit → check Hide Email → Save.
Update to the Audit Log in Reporting Tools: The Audit Log will only show facilities the person has access to. The Audit Log report will now have the option for Discharged clients as an available report. Audit Log will pull all information regarding that client within the specified date range, including Discharged or Step Up/Down. Added date of birth in the brackets following the name in the drop-down, as an identifier.
Video sessions no longer being duplicated in Family Portal: Some users were experiencing duplicated video session links in the Family Portal, but this has been resolved.
Ability to update “Not Taken” and “Refused” medications available: If a medication was marked “Not Taken” or “Refused” with a Give Later medication, they could no longer update this in Med Management. This has been resolved and will reflect the updated status in the Client MAR.
