Billing Rule Rate Type - We’ve added a new Rate Type option to Billing Rules, giving you more control over how charges are calculated. You can now choose between Variable rates (the default), which calculate amounts based on units, duration, or other billing rule factors, and the new Fixed rate option, which always charges a set amount regardless of these factors. This new Rate Type dropdown is available anywhere you add a rate in a billing rule, and all existing billing rules will continue to use Variable rates by default.
If you experience any issues after the update, clear your cache and cookies and make sure you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, the best browser for Alleva.
