Release Notes - December 2nd, 2021

This week’s release consists of a new Discharge Summary manager, Pronouns on the Client Chart, the ability for custom meds to be part of a protocol, and much more. Along with new features, we are always working on ways to enhance the user experience and eliminate bugs.

What's New?

Manage Discharge Summary: There is a new Discharge Summary manager in Settings > Manage Discharge. The functionality is nearly identical to Manage Intake, giving the user the ability to adjust the order and turn ON/OFF sections of the Discharge Summary.

Select All feature for Intakes on Alumni Readmission: When an Alumni gets readmitted as a Prospect or Client, you already have the ability to copy over previous intakes. Now, when you select each intake to copy, it will automatically have each section of the intake already checked, acting as a “Select All.”

Enhancement to CollaborateMD integration: We previously only supported one CollaborateMD account per rehab, and now we can accomodate a CollaborateMD account for each facility. For more information about CollaborateMD, please reach out to alex.inglish@helloalleva.com

Client/Prospect Pronouns: You can now add a Pronoun to a Client that will display in the client Chart and Client Detail Report. You can add this in the “Update Info” section of the Client Chart as well as the Face to Face of a Prospective Client.

Custom Meds can now be part of a Protocol: You can now add custom medications when creating a new Protocol. Custom Medications will be indicated by a yellow tag labeled “Custom.”

Homework in Alleva Connect App: There will be an update to the Alleva Connect mobile application to fix the issue with homework and the documents attached to the homework. We will confirm here when Apple and Google have made the updates official and posted them in their app stores. Please make sure to update the app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store when available.
