Alleva Release Notes – November 30, 2018

We are always improving Alleva. As such, we would like to share the following list of items which were released on November 30 , 2018 at 1:30 AM PDT.

 Please note! The system was down for 60 minutes at that time.

PRN last dose time - The last dose time displayed format for previously administered PRN medications was truncating a digit, (Ex; making 11:57 appear as 1:57). This has been corrected and the full time is now displayed correctly.

Centrally Stored Medication Form - Previously unscheduled medications will still show on the centrally stored medication list and you now have the option to destroy them. You can also destroy discontinued medications, which also show on the centrally stored master list.

Audit Reports - All groups on a given day will show in the report, and anyone who has attended will show their attended time in the report. All clients who were active within the date range of the report will show in the list.

Treatment Plans - You now have the ability to designate custom verbiage at the bottom of every Treatment Plan. You can set up this custom verbiage in Settings > Company Information>Tx Plan Templates. The wording set by your company can be further edited, or removed, when updating the Treatment Plan.
