Release Notes - November 18th, 2021

This week’s release consists of updates to Meds Management, the Family Portal, the client chart, and much more! Along with some new features, we have released some bug fixes to enhance the user experience and improve the software.

What's New?

New icon for "Add Clinical Terms": We have updated the textboxes that include formatting options and the Add Clinical Terms button. The Add Clinical Terms button has a new look, but the functionality is the same.

New Option to "Give Later" in Meds Management: There is a new option in Meds Management titled, Give Later. This will keep a medication as “scheduled” so that it can be administered later.

Medication Frequency - Prospective Clients: Some users reported that the Frequency dropdown was unavailable for Prospective Clients. This issue has been resolved.

Doctor's Orders will now only be displayed in the Client Chart/MAR when "Sign Order" is selected: On selection of Save, Medications will NOT display in the Client Chart and/or MAR, but will temporarily save for edits and review. Only on the selection of “Sign Order” will medications get displayed in the Client Chart and/or MAR.

NPI Number - Settings>User Management>Primary Clinician/Therapist: In User Management, when Primary Clinician or Therapist is checked, the NPI Number text box will appear so that you may store your NPI Number. This will give Alleva the ability to use this NPI Number for features in the future. 

Family Portal: Some users experienced issues with the Assigned Date being incorrect and some Treatment Plan Goals being duplicated. These issues have been resolved.

CIWA-B Assessment: Alleva now supports the CIWA-B assessment. This can be given from the Client Chart.

GAD-7 Assessment in Individual / Progress Notes: You can now create a GAD-7 assessment. This can be turned on in Settings > Master Dropdowns > Individual/Progress Note. 

Date of Birth in the Client List: The Date of Birth is now displayed in the Client List.
