Add Clinical Terms for Doctor's Orders: We have enhanced the Comments textbox on the Doctor's Orders page to give you more editing capabilities, along with allowing you to "Add Clinical Terms". Clicking the Add Clinical Terms button will display the side menu that you are already familiar with where you can insert your pre-saved templates and verbiage into the order for quicker and more efficient commenting.
Update to help prevent the creation of duplicate client records: We have updated our client matching feature to help warn our users if they might be about to create a duplicate record. This feature will check across all existing Prospects, Clients, and Alumni in the rehab and will present the user with an option to select an existing record.

If you are experiencing an issue from the release, here are a few tips that might help:
Perform a hard refresh of the browser and clear your browser's cache (Click here to learn how to do that)
Make sure you are in the most updated version of Google Chrome. The Google Chrome browser will give you the best user experience in the Alleva EMR.
