Version 3.06.00 - Portal Payments and Treatment Plan Updates

Portal Payments – We’re excited to announce that Alleva Payments is now available in the Client and Family Portal! Clients and their families can securely save a card, make payments, and view their transaction history directly online. This new feature streamlines the payment process and ensures all transactions sync seamlessly with the EMR and Billing systems.

Completed Objectives/Goals on Treatment Plan Reviews – You can now view completed goals and objectives directly on Treatment Plan Reviews. This update provides greater visibility into client progress and supports more informed updates during ongoing treatment planning.

Show all Client/Family Signatures on Master Treatment Plans – You can now view all client and family member signatures on MTP's. This includes all signatures added through the client/family portal whenever updates to the treatment plan are made.

Treatment Plan End Date on List View – The end date of each treatment plan is now visible on the list view of treatment plans for greater visibility.

If you experience any issues after the update, clear your cache and cookies and make sure you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, the best browser for Alleva.
