Alleva Release Notes – January 3, 2019

We are always improving Alleva. As such, we would like to share the following list of items which were released on January 3, 2019 at 1:30 AM PDT.

Please note! The system was down for 60 minutes at that time.

Telehealth for Medical Providers - Providers can now easily start a telehealth video call. Prior to this update, it was only available for non-medical providers. Now, medical providers will have the same capability to schedule and start HIPAA compliant video conferencing.

Protocol Enhancement - You now have the ability to add, skip, repeat and delete days as part of your protocol. This allows you to be manage the orders of doctors as they change during a protocol.

Changing Lead to New Facility - When changing a lead from one facility to another, we now give you the ability to capture any of the forms that may be unique between separate facilities. This allows you to keep any custom data you added prior to the lead changing from one facility to another.

Discharge Forms Signature Change - Client signatures are no longer require for all discharge forms. Having them required became a problem, particularly when clients would AMA. We’ve removed the requirement, but still allow you to have both clients and staff sign the forms. You can see from the screenshot below that the asterisk has been removed.

Document Manager Update - We fixed a bug that was causing some confusion in the document manager. Some clients would experience adding forms and signatures, but the form would still show as Incomplete. This has been resolved.

Not going out - Forms 2.0 Print and Download - We recently released our new forms manager 2.0. This new forms manager allows for much more flexibility in creating unique forms. We now have the ability to print any of those new forms, created by Forms Manager 2.0.
