Plus sign Shortcuts

We have integrated a few shortcuts for you to minimize the time searching for information or adding items like notes. Time and efficiency is key, and we value both! Below is a screenshot of our 'Plus Sign' shortcuts.

You can find this icon anywhere in the system, at any time, in the bottom righthand corner!

**A few things to note: When building a Progress Note/Individual from the Quicknote you can select it as Billable which will populate that note into the Scheduler/Calendar

As you can see, there are several shortcut options including:

• Add a new prospect
• Review and update medical providers
• Shift Rounds
• Progress Notes
• Add Group Therapy to the Calendar
• Add Individual Therapy to the Calendar
• Add client notes
• Add shift notes

Just look for the plus sign and reduce time!
