      Person Search

      Overview of the Person Search, a powerful tool that allows you to search for client charts across ALL locations as well as prospects, referral sources, and users.

      The Person Search is currently accessible while you are in the client list, in the top navigation bar of Alleva:

      Eventually, the person search will be accessible on the top menu from any screen in Alleva. This initial release is part one of our larger "Conversion Project", in which we will refresh and improve upon all areas of the system!


      Here is a visual of the person search and the list view of clients. Notice the four tabs for clients, prospects, referrals, and users:

       
      Quick facts about the Person Search:
      • You can search for clients, prospects, referrals, or users. We have a list view and grid view available, and you can navigate into a client chart by clicking on that client.

      • The Person Search allows you to see multiple charts for the same client noting their different treatment episodes with admit and discharge dates visible.

      • If your program has multiple locations/facilities in Alleva, you can see clients across ALL facilities. If you click on a client in a different location than the one you are in, you will be taken into the other location to easily access their chart (if you have permission to access that location).
