      Opening a Second Window with Incognito

      Learn how to have two windows of Alleva open in order to reference documentation while creating a note, treatment plan, etc. with an incognito window.

      Alleva runs best on Google Chrome, which is free to download here.

       

      How to open two Alleva windows: 

      1. In Google Chrome, select the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner and then select "New Incognito Window."

       

      2. Enter your unique Alleva URL into both the regular window and incognito window, and log in with your credentials on both.

       

      All finished! Now you can simultaneously use multiple pages in Alleva.
