Master Forms List

Adding Forms from the Master List in Forms 3.0

The Master Forms List in Forms 3.0 is a central library with commonly used forms like ASAMs, C-SSRS, assessments, and more. Your team can easily copy any form from the master list into your own forms library and configure it to meet your needs. 

To add a form from the master list to your site:

1. Go to System Settings > Forms Manager 3.0.

2. Click “Add Form” in the upper right.

3. Choose the forms you want to bring over from the master list.

4. Click “Add.”

5. The forms will appear in your facility’s forms library. Open each one to edit and personalize for your organization’s needs!
