What is Alleva Insights, and how can it benefit us?

In this webinar recording, John and Shelby explain the benefits of advanced and customizable Alleva Insights reporting. They did this by explaining some of our most-loved dashboards and the ways they can inform business practices and treatment. Here are some of those dashboards:

• Daily Pulse - This is a high level census and client demographic dashboard to quickly get a read on how your program is doing: are you growing or declining? How many admissions are coming in? How many clients are discharging?
  
  
• Insurance Dashboard - Overview of insurance data, including payer mix in an easy pie graph, admits by insurance, average outcomes by insurance, reason for discharge by insurance, and more.
  
  
• KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Dashboard - Overview of operations and clinical performance including length of stay by diagnosis, total client days by diagnosis, admissions and discharges by diagnosis in a given time period (whichever time frame you set).
  
  
• Clinical Compliance Dashboard - Helps clinical directors and clinicians ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner to meet compliance requirements. With graphs like the time-to-sign notes (how long between the session and the note completion), time to treatment plan creation (from admission), you can audit documentation with a single dashboard instead of searching through client charts for the information you need.
  
  
• Outcomes Dashboard - Shows average assessment scores over time, like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores to visualize treatment efficacy. Also visible are daily questionnaire scores (via the client app) that can help determine answers to your custom questions over time.
