How do I log in to Alleva for the first time?

Welcome to Alleva!

1. Before you log in, make sure your administrator has added you as a new user. 

2. Check your inbox for a welcome email from Alleva. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s in spam, mark it as “Safe."

3. Click the link in the welcome email, this will take you to your Alleva site, where you will create your password and security question.

4. Log in with your new credentials!

5. Bookmark your program’s unique Alleva URL so you can find it easily moving forward and save your credentials in a safe spot.
