How to grant your users access to Alleva Echo
Alleva Echo is an add-on Alleva product. Echo is a helpful ambient listening and AI documentation tool that saves time and helps your team create better notes.
Once Alleva Echo has been activated for your facility, you can grant access to Echo for a specific number of users as outlined in your contract.
How to Grant Echo Access to Medical Providers:
1. Navigate to System Settings > Medical Provider.
2. Search for the Provider you are granting Echo access to.
3. Toggle on the "Alleva Echo" toggle.
How to Grant Echo Access to All Other Users:
1. Navigate to Company Settings > User Management.
2. Edit the user you would like to grant Echo access to.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and toggle on the "AllevaEcho Enabled" button. Then click update.
🎉🎉 Done! This user is now enabled to launch Alleva Echo directly from notes.

**NOTE: If you add more users than are in your contract, you will get notified with a pop up. You are able to add more users if you would. like, but you will be charged for additional users.
