Forms 3.0 Layout

How to use Forms 3.0 Layout options to arrange content in a custom form.

 

 

Layouts allow you to arrange content in order to make forms more engaging and functional. To add a layout to your form, first click into the form where you would like to place the layout and then select the appropriate layout option from the left hand menu.

 

The training video above goes over each of the following layout options and how to use them:

  1. Columns - Allow for multiple fields and/or text to be side by side (up to twelve.)
  2. Field Section - Text header.
  3. Panel - Two-toned vertical boxes that can hold fields.
  4. Table - Multiple columns and rows for a grid of content.
  5. Well - Single gray box to highlight a field or text.
