How to use Forms 3.0 throughout the EMR including in the document manager, intakes, discharge planning, and more.
Forms 3.0 forms can be accessed in many different areas of the EMR. These include:
- The Custom Forms tab of the client document manager
- The Client/Family portal. Forms can be added through Settings > Family Portal > Portal Checklists to be available to all portal users, or sent on a case-by-case basis through the client document manager > Portal Documents.
- Admission Checklist
- Manage TPR (treatment plan review)
- Manage Intake (admission screening, bio-psycho-social assessment, medical intake, nursing intake, psychiatric evaluation, billing intake, "face-to-face")
- Manage Discharge (discharge plan, discharge summary, discharge checklist)
