What is Forms 3.0 and how can it benefit us?


In this webinar recording, Kenna and Jenessa go over the advanced Forms 3.0 platform and how it improves business and treatment with the following new capabilities and benefits:

1. Intuitive Formatting
Forms 3.0 is intuitive and easy to navigate, empowering you to take control of your documentation destiny! Build or edit your forms with new streamlined formatting options.

2. Shareable Fields 
Share answers across forms to eliminate redundancy and save time. Fill out a question once and see it pre-fill on all proceeding forms. 

3. Custom Calculations
Set up automatic calculations within your forms. Have an assessment you've developed for your clients? Mark numeric questions as "calculable" and insert a calculation at the end of your assessment. You can then get a total score without ever pulling out a calculator. 

4. Reporting with Insights
Pull client data from custom 3.0 forms into Alleva Insights for more reporting customization than ever. (Prime and premier packages only).

NOTE: Forms 2.0 is phasing out and will be totally "sunsetted" (removed from Alleva) in the future. All forms will need to be re-built in Forms 3.0 in the coming months. For assistance with this overhaul, reach out to your assigned CSM to discuss the conversion process.
